So far, so good.
I've uploaded more photos and added more galleries to the site. I've even had a stab at putting a soundtrack together for slideshows. Unfortunately - or not - l can only use the music provided by Zenfolio. That means you will not be getting any Motown or psychedelic rock pumping on your stereo. Sorry.
In a few weeks, l should have products for sale. The options will be digital copies or real, physical prints. Anything sold will be subject to copyright law and will have restricted use according to the rules l choose to set. This is to prevent the unscrupulous in society from ripping my work off for their own profit. (I know you wouldn't)
Included now are more photos from my coverage of Canada Day in 2008 and 2011 along with some views and more abstract images.
I will be including some photographs taken on digtal cameras using what is called "vintage" glass. These are, generally, lenses from the 1960s and 1970s that can be fitted to new DSLR/SLT cameras with an appropriate adapter. You have to use manual functions for setting aperture or shutter speed and to focus but that is part of the fun. This process helps you to learn about photography and how to use your camera. It is not for those who like to stay fixed in "Auto" mode.
